Duties:

  • Assist in handling all aspects of real estate transactions, including attending closings
  • Provide legal counsel on estate planning and elder law matters
  • Manage and organize client files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Communicate with clients regarding estate planning, real estate, and related matters
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on various legal matters
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning and real estate

Requirements:

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (required)
  • Interest in real estate law (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Willingness to travel to various office locations in NJ and NY
  • Admission to the New York, Florida, or Pennsylvania Bar (a plus)

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • New Jersey Attorney License (required)
