Duties

• Manage responsibilities across multiple cases and work closely with various partners
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including admissions, disclosures, interrogatories, and depositions
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and other court proceedings
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide strategic legal advice
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations
• Organize and manage documentation in complex, multidistrict litigation cases
• Employ critical thinking skills to address complex legal challenges and produce high-quality work
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high demands and deadlines

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in general commercial litigation
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality legal work

Education

• Undergraduate degree
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)
