Litigation Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Manage and handle civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Provide clients with legal counsel and manage their case expectations.
• Participate in court appearances, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Perform other litigation-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Civil litigation experience (preferred, but open to all levels).
• Strong academic background from an accredited law school.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working within a team.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to assume significant responsibility in a wide range of litigation matters.
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
