Duties

Requirements

  • Active admission to the Georgia Bar.
  • Experience or coursework in courtroom litigation, creditors' rights, collections, and community association law.
  • 1 year of experience

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated effectiveness in negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Education
