Duties:

  • Manage estate administration matters from initial consultation through final resolution

  • Interact with judges, clerks, and opposing counsel in a respectful and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of legal experience in estate administration, probate, or elder law

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
