A law firm seeks a seasoned securities attorney with more than six years of experience managing structured securities offerings. This role focuses on commercial real estate law, specifically in areas such as finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and make significant contributions to various legal projects.

Duties:

  • Represent a variety of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, across multiple transactions.
  • Oversee the intricacies of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financing arrangements in commercial real estate.
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Deliver strategic insights grounded in sound business judgment and extensive legal expertise.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • At least six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
