Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactional law, particularly in leasing.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and document leasing transactions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent assignments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on precision and quality.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be a member in good standing of the California Bar.

Education:

  • A law degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
