Duties:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Provide legal counsel and advocacy for clients, ensuring their interests are well represented.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, handling complex legal matters.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
