Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including trials, mediations, and depositions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses to advance case objectives.
• Represent clients confidently in court and during negotiations.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with a results-oriented approach.
• Collaborate closely with the legal team to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice law in Missouri (Kansas license is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing excellent client service and delivering results.
• Positive attitude and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.
