Attorney needed for Miami office

A law firm is seeking an Attorney with 5-7 years of experience in First Party Property law to join their team in Miami, FL.

Job Overview:

The Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in First Party Property matters. They will handle cases focusing on writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research. Federal court experience is preferred for this role.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in First Party Property cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare strategies for cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff on case management and strategy
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience practicing law in First Party Property
• Strong skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research
• Experience with federal court proceedings preferred
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
