Duties:

  • Litigate insurance and bad faith cases in California and other jurisdictions.
  • Provide broad insurance coverage services to clients.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including:
  • Motion practice and discovery.
  • Alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation.
  • Drafting pleadings, briefs, and conducting in-depth legal research and analysis.
  • Deliver liability analyses for clients and develop tailored litigation strategies.
  • Handle breach of contract and bad faith claims from inception to trial.
  • Conduct proceedings in both state and federal courts.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of litigation experience, with at least two years in insurance-related litigation and bad faith cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cases through all stages of litigation, including preparation for trial.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities professionally.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) with strong academic credentials.

 

 

Certifications:

Active admission to the California State Bar in good standing.

 

Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and bad faith litigation.
  • Expertise in legal research, writing, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Proficiency with both state and federal court procedures.
