Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits related to employment claims, including discrimination and agency charges.
• Represent employers in court, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative agencies.
• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with an employment law background.
• Active admission to the Georgia bar or ability to obtain admission promptly.
• Familiarity with current court procedures and employment-related agency processes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Georgia bar admission preferred.
