This position is ideal for a professional with 4+ years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters, specifically with a focus on loans to technology, life sciences, and/or middle-market companies. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Handle phone calls, and correspondence, and produce deliverables efficiently and responsively.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality work.
  • Meet all deadlines, fulfill job responsibilities, and adhere to firm policies and practices.
  • Foster positive and professional work relationships.
  • Participate in meetings, virtual conference calls, and other collaborative efforts.
  • Handle high-pressure tasks while managing multiple priorities.
  • Complete other assigned tasks, projects, or duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters.
  • Prior experience working with banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences, or middle-market companies is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong business judgment, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Admission to practice law in New Jersey.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
