Duties:

• Provide legal support to clients in family law matters
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings
• Prepare legal documents, reports, motions, and filings
• Conduct discovery and negotiate settlements
• Maintain and foster client relationships
• Meet billable hourly requirements
• Assist with any tasks necessary to ensure team success

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of family law
• Discovery, civil litigation, or bankruptcy background is a plus
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload
• Must have a California Bar License

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
