Duties:

• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations across family law matters

• Prepare and review legal filings including pleadings, discovery, motions, and agreements

• Perform comprehensive legal research and draft supporting memoranda

• Advise clients with clarity and professionalism throughout the legal process

• Collaborate with colleagues on legal strategy and case development

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all case activity and documentation

• Keep informed of developments in relevant statutes, court decisions, and procedural rules

• Engage with professional legal associations and contribute to the firm’s reputation

Requirements:

• An active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar

• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably within family law

• Strong command of Florida court rules and litigation procedures

• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload independently

• High-level written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
