Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should possess general experience in complex commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, pleadings, and document review. Specific experience in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation is required. Courtroom experience is preferred. Exceptional academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on antitrust litigation
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Provide legal research and analysis on antitrust and related issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
• 4-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with specific experience in antitrust litigation and/or large MDL civil litigation
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
