Intellectual Property Attorney (Trademark and Copyright)

A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney specializing in trademark, copyright, and licensing matters to join its New York office. • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and development.
• Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and maintain direct interaction with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in intellectual property law, strongly emphasizing trademarks, copyrights, and licensing.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex intellectual property disputes.
• Strong drafting, research, and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build strong client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of New York; additional admission in New Jersey is a plus.
