Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly motivated and team-oriented Corporate Attorney with expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join its growing legal practice. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on complex M&A transactions, with a focus on private equity buy-side deals. The ideal candidate will also play a leadership role in managing deals involving representations & warranties insurance (RWI) underwriters.
