• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team.

• Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel.

• Maintain comprehensive case files and documentation for thorough case management.

• Provide clear and timely client communication, ensuring informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mass tort litigation or personal injury law.

• Strong courtroom advocacy skills, including trial experience.

• Exceptional legal writing and analytical abilities.

• Extensive experience in conducting and defending depositions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active law license in good standing.

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
