Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This position will focus on providing high-quality care for clients, guiding them through the pre-litigation process. The attorney will be responsible for client consultations, communication with insurance companies, and ensuring that clients receive excellent service and results.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and provide legal guidance.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Provide clients with regular case updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding claim statuses, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims and ensure that clients receive the best possible outcomes.
• Manage pre-litigation cases with proactive problem-solving.
• Work closely with a team to achieve favorable results for clients.

Requirements:

• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing, or willingness to be admitted to the Georgia Bar.
• Experience in evaluating claims and handling pre-litigation matters.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to proactively address and solve legal challenges.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar (or willingness to apply for admission).
