Duties:

• Take charge of client matters from initial consultation to final document execution, ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience.
• Develop, draft, and review both simple and complex estate planning strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their goals and provide clear, confident guidance throughout the estate planning process.
• Maintain an independent work ethic, delivering high-quality legal services that reflect the firm's professional standards.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with financial advisors, accountants, and other industry professionals to foster firm growth and reputation.

Requirements:

• Experience in estate planning and probate is preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience 
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada Bar license.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Nevada Bar License (Active)
