  • Stay up to date with changes in immigration law and policies to provide effective legal representation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law.

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.

  • Experience handling cases related to family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and removal defense.

  • Comfortable representing clients in hearings, interviews, and court proceedings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active bar license in any U.S. state (Florida Bar preferred).

Certifications:

  • Good standing with the state bar association.

  • Additional certifications related to immigration law are a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or another language) preferred but not required.
