Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its corporate transactional department, focusing on a diverse range of businesses and complex transactions throughout New Jersey.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in complex transactional matters, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating related documents.
  • Counsel clients on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business succession planning, and corporate governance.
  • Assist clients with new business ventures, including partnerships, LLCs, and corporation formation.

Requirements:
