• Take and defend depositions, ensuring thorough examination and effective presentation of evidence.
• Prepare and manage complex legal documents and case materials with clarity and precision.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing client concerns and maintaining strong communication throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a team-oriented work environment and the firm’s overall success.
• Travel to collar counties for court appearances, depositions, and site inspections as necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in the state of Illinois.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance coverage or product liability defense.
• Experience in drafting complex legal documents and managing litigation matters.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to collar counties for legal matters as required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active Illinois law license.
