Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex insurance coverage matters, including policy interpretation, claims disputes, and coverage analysis.
• Conduct detailed legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
• Provide legal advice to clients on insurance-related issues and assist in developing case strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
