Duties:

  • Assist in preparing for oral arguments.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on strategy and case management.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of appellate experience, including court clerkship.
  • Experience in handling state or federal court of appeals matters is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility for admission to the Texas Bar.
