Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in various types of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and business litigation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Manage discovery, including document review and production.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar.
