Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Houston, TX, is seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various types of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and business litigation.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage discovery, including document review and production.
• Develop litigation strategies and case management plans.
• Advise clients on legal issues, potential risks, and litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas Bar.
• Strong litigation experience, with a focus on commercial, civil, or business litigation.
