Duties

  • Represent clients in workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and related employment law cases.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for state and federal courts.
  • Manage cases from inception through settlement or verdict.
  • Negotiate effectively during mediations and discussions with opposing counsel.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute as part of a team.

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation; employment litigation experience is preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
  • Familiarity with litigation in both state and federal courts.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents and handling complex motions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
