Duties:

• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions and other legal matters
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including those related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Work directly with clients, offering tailored legal advice on a broad range of corporate matters
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to manage complex corporate and transactional cases
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, when applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate transactional law experience
• Proven ability to handle due diligence, document drafting, and negotiation
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within a team
• Corporate experience in healthcare or life sciences industries is a plus, though not required
• NJ or CT Bar admission in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Connecticut or New Jersey Bar
