Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation and workers' compensation defense cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Engage in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with opposing counsel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide legal counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure case efficiency.

Requirements

• Active Virginia State Bar License (Required).
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
