The candidate will do hands-on work drafting and negotiating transaction documents across a variety of industries, conduct and manage due diligence, and work with a team to advise clients on corporate governance matters in an energetic, collegial environment. Should have familiarity with the transactional due diligence process. Must be admitted to the Connecticut Bar. The candidate should have strong research, writing, and communication skills.
