  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and remain up-to-date on evolving family law statutes and case law.

  • Maintain meticulous case files and ensure timely communication with clients.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to offer comprehensive legal solutions.

  • Uphold the highest standards of client service, ensuring responsiveness and clear legal guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on family law.

  • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
