Duties:

• Advocate for clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic relations disputes.

• Develop legal strategies and provide sound counsel tailored to client’s unique circumstances.

• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

• Conduct thorough legal research and remain up-to-date on evolving family law statutes and case law.

• Maintain meticulous case files and ensure timely communication with clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to offer comprehensive legal solutions.

• Uphold the highest standards of client service, ensuring responsiveness and clear legal guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on family law.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
