A well-established law firm in Ambler, PA, seeks an enthusiastic attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its consumer protection practice. Duties

• Represent clients in court, handling all aspects of litigation related to consumer protection cases.

Requirements

• Active attorney license in Delaware or New Jersey. A dual license in both states is highly preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in consumer protection, litigation, or related legal fields.
• Strong desire to be an active litigator in court.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Delaware or New Jersey (dual license is a significant advantage).
