Senior Attorney

A well-established litigation boutique firm is seeking a Senior Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Defense to join its team in Dallas. This hybrid position offers flexibility for remote work while providing the opportunity to work closely with clients and outside counsel. The role involves managing a caseload from start to finish, including representation in areas such as Transportation Liability, Auto Liability, Insurance Coverage, Premises Liability, Construction Accidents, and Commercial Litigation.

Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury defense cases across multiple areas, including transportation, auto liability, insurance coverage, and premises liability.
• Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, including trials, depositions, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Collaborate with clients and outside counsel to develop customized legal strategies.
• Analyze case details and prepare legal opinions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury defense litigation.
• Experience managing all aspects of a case, from initial pleadings to trial.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and with outside counsel.
• Experience in handling depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
