Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience

A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely while addressing a broad array of legal matters. Duties:

• Provide legal guidance and address client issues across a range of practice areas through limited-scope representation.
• Draft legal correspondence, review documents, and communicate with clients via phone consultations.
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable legal advice.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients, maintaining a high level of client service.
• Work independently, managing deadlines and meeting service goals efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of general legal experience.
• Experience in areas such as personal injury, workers’ compensation, consumer issues, debt collection, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate, or trusts and estates is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely during regular business hours.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a remote work setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in client consultations.
