Duties

Oversee a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
Conduct in-depth legal research to draft persuasive documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
Strategize case approaches in collaboration with the personal injury team.
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
Represent clients in court proceedings and prepare cases for trial as necessary.
Stay informed of changes and updates in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
Proven ability to handle a large volume of cases with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) (required).
