Job Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and writing on various legal issues.
  • Perform corporate due diligence and prepare related reports.
  • Draft contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Establish credibility and influence where appropriate to provide excellent client service.
  • Manage time, effort, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.

Requirements:
