Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience

A law firm in Miami, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their team. The candidate should be a member of the Florida Bar in Good Standing, with strong academic credentials and exceptional legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and writing on various legal issues.
• Perform corporate due diligence and prepare related reports.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Establish credibility and influence where appropriate to provide excellent client service.
• Manage time, effort, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate time records for billing purposes.
• Ensure all work complies with firm procedures and standard documents.
• Identify and report regulatory issues to senior management as needed.
• Continuously build knowledge and expertise in relevant practice areas.

Requirements:

• Member of the Florida Bar in Good Standing.
• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law or related fields.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Education and Certifications:
