Duties:

• Manage and handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft, review, and manage pleadings and motions.
• Oversee discovery processes, including managing document review.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in court, offering clear and concise advocacy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and teams to develop case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial litigation.
• Solid experience in discovery, depositions, and pleadings.
• Courtroom experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the DC Bar, or eligibility to gain admission promptly.
