Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic legal team in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves managing a variety of litigation cases, including general liability, complex commercial disputes, construction defects, and civil litigation. Duties:

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters, including general liability, commercial disputes, construction defects, and civil cases.
• Conduct all phases of discovery, including drafting written discovery and conducting depositions of parties and experts.
• Manage deadlines effectively while taking a process-oriented approach to case management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing client matters and meeting strict deadlines.
• Pursue professional growth within a collaborative, full-service law firm.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in litigation.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
• Must be located in Las Vegas, NV.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
