Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on their legal rights and prepare legal documents for their cases.
• Attend pretrial hearings on behalf of clients and provide strategic advice after each hearing.
• Manage court appearances, trials, drafting motions, interviewing witnesses, and conducting legal research.
• Analyze probable outcomes of cases using legal precedents and offer clients sound legal guidance.
• Manage a substantial caseload and ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Gather and analyze evidence to support clients' cases and challenge prosecution charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions and work with witnesses and experts to develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal staff to strategize and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience handling criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Proven track record of managing complex cases and providing high-level legal advice.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on exceptional client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the state bar (California) or actively seeking admission.
