Duties:

• Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation in complex general liability matters, including property and personal injury claims.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare and execute litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Attend client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and maintain expertise in relevant laws.
• Work within a team environment, supporting the firm’s goals for client satisfaction and case outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation or comparable litigation practice.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in conducting depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar is required.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar (required).
