This position offers significant growth opportunities within a forward-thinking law firm committed to maintaining a supportive and flexible work environment.

This large full-service firm has offices throughout Ohio and other states along the Eastern seaboard. Associates can expect ongoing training at the departmental level and a strong, viable mentoring program, along with quick responsibilities and client contact. It is not unusual for first- and second-year litigators to take and defend depositions. The firm culture is very collegial and informal, and associates seem more cooperative than competitive. Compensation is competitive with that of other major firms in comparable metropolitan areas. In addition, associates are eligible to participate in the firm's profit-sharing plan after they complete two years of eligibility service with the firm. A recent infusion of capital and attorneys has caused substantial growth and promises future expansion.
