Duties

• Manage and handle a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.
• Engage in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending court hearings.

• Drive case strategy with thorough legal research and analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation (civil litigation preferred).
• Newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in handling responsibilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and valid Bar license in the state of California.
