Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in landlord-tenant and real estate litigation, including daily court appearances.
• Prepare for and attend hearings across central Indiana.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts.
• Communicate and build trust with attorneys, paralegals, court staff, and clients.
• Organize case files and manage case documentation.
• Learn and utilize various software systems for calendaring, client management, and document management.
• Manage multiple cases with competing deadlines and time pressures.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Ability to think quickly, work under pressure, and maintain organization across cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Indiana Bar license.
