Duties:

  • Manage real estate transactions from initiation through closing, including documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to support operational needs within the real estate practice.
  • Oversee transaction processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support real estate operations.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in real estate operations or related legal experience.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and operations within a legal setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or relevant experience in real estate operations.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in real estate operations or legal support (optional but beneficial).

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and document management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
