Job Overview

A prominent law firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Attorney to join its Investment Funds Group. This full-time position, available in multiple locations across the United States, involves managing real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Ideal candidates will have over three years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Duties

• Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate investment activities.
• Conduct legal research and apply findings to support the investment funds group.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, firm policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients and within the team.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including computer-based tasks and virtual meetings.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, specifically related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage client and colleague relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
