This full-time position, available in multiple locations across the United States, involves managing real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Duties

  • Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate investment activities.
  • Conduct legal research and apply findings to support the investment funds group.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, firm policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients and within the team.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including computer-based tasks and virtual meetings.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, specifically related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage client and colleague relationships.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
