Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Saint Marys, GA, is seeking a dedicated Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join team. The ideal candidate will assist senior attorneys in providing comprehensive legal counsel to our esteemed clients.

Duties:

• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis.
• Drafting various legal documents and pleadings, including contracts, briefs, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Communicating effectively with clients, experts, and internal teams.
• Handling document review and management.
• Assisting in trial and deposition preparation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar.
• 5-7 years of experience in litigation, focusing on handling responses to time-limited conditional demands preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
• Track record of meeting billing goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in extra-contractual and bad faith matters.
• Familiarity with handling responses to time-limited conditional demands.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
