Job Title: Real Estate/Business Transaction Attorney

Job Overview:

A reputable law firm located in Pasadena, CA is seeking an experienced Real Estate and Business Transaction Attorney. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in preparing and negotiating legal documents for real estate and business transactions, with a strong ability to handle various transactional agreements.

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate real estate and business acquisition agreements.
  • Prepare membership interest or stock transfer certificate agreements.
  • Create and manage purchase and sale agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Draft and finalize operating agreements and other related transactional documents.
  • Manage real estate transactions including, but not limited to, purchase agreements, leases, consents to assignments, guarantees, tenant estoppel, and amendments.
  • Negotiate terms and ensure the execution of documents related to business acquisitions and real estate deals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a transactional attorney.
  • Expertise in preparing and negotiating legal terms for business and real estate agreements.
  • Strong familiarity with both real estate and business law practices.
  • Licensed to practice law and an active Bar license.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the state of California.

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in real estate law and business transactions.
