Duties

Requirements

  • An active member of the California State Bar, with all required licensing and CLE.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law; experience in evictions, foreclosure, litigation, or title is preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Additional Bar memberships are preferred.
