The successful candidate will work closely with seasoned attorneys and paralegals, gaining hands-on experience in child custody and personal injury cases. Duties:

  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring up-to-date information is accessible to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
  • Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, affidavits, and contracts.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decisions.
  • Attend hearings and legal proceedings, providing support and counsel under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Successful completion of the Bar exam.
